Reports to: Media Production & Publication TL

Job Purpose:
Work as a member of Media Communication & Publication Team, handling all corporate communication artworks such as Press ad pages, Press Releases, Internal Communication, Social media materials, designs, Booklet, Brochures, short videos & graphics along with Photography documentation.
  1. Contribute, as a member of Media Communication Team reporting to Media Production & Publication Team Leader.
  2. Responsible of all artwork, graphics and videos needed for the department
  3. Insure the alignment of corporate comms productions with Zain brand ID and Guidelines.
  4. Managing the overall layout of corporate communication events and activities in coordination with events section.
  5. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to enrich Zain over all content on social media .
  6. Prepares layouts, designs, and artwork for publication, Press Releases Advertorials, internal comms
  7. Production of short videos & graphics for social media, Internal communication and exhibits that support the department and company’s activities.
  8. Design social media posts & videos and align all works with branding Department.
  9. Responsible for the Company’s annual booklet Design.
  10. Responsible for the Brochures, flyers & booklet design needed for the departments align with branding Department.
  11. Handling of internal activates documentation (Photography).
  12. Support HR and Other Department in the art production of their daily, weekly activities
  13. Undertake any additional relevant tasks/activities as delegated by the media Production Team leader.
  14. Gathering and studying the necessary materials and information
  15. Planning concepts for social media content and designing rough layouts and concept art.
  16. Illustrating concept arts
  17. Work with PR agency team members to produce content.
  18. Insuring alignment of all corporate production with Zain Sudan Corporate Identity and brand guidelines
  19. Help in make design choices ( e.g. Fonts – Colors ) based on Zain Corporate Identity

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design or a related field.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience
  • Good Command in English and Arabic Copy writing
  • Competence in organising events, conferences and producing press releases in both Arabic and English.

  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of graphic designing practices.
  • In-depth understanding of the Sudanese Social Media environment and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of current best practice in content Production.
  • Sufficient knowledge of graphic designs programs and application
  • Sound telecommunications product/market knowledge
  • Has an eye for aesthetically-pleasing color schemes, fonts and shapes that enables him to create professional art productions
  • Strategic thinking, planning capacity and organising skills
  • Highly developed skills in use of relevant Graphic design and video production application packages
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.
