The job holder is responsible for leading value-accretive projects in the areas of expansion and inorganic growth in Zain Group;s existing footprint and in new geographies. The scope will vary from:
Review and continuously update the Digital strategy
Analyzing and Assessing Digital partnerships
Planning and aligning with each OpCo on the modus operandi and the implementation of the digital strategy
Coordinate and work closely with the GID team to ensure all plans are properly implemented
Prepare monthly reports on each divison
Review investment opportunities
Negotiate and explore investment opportunities
Conduct detailed Due Diligence exercises and support all units in each process
Set and design standards and process for each unit
The position is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with all staff levels, including the senior executive team.
