Interact and negotiate best terms with external parties to leverage the Group platform.
Able to develop and implement innovative/disruptive business models
Managing the interface with Group and Opco, legal, finance and tax teams and developing the contractual structure for both OpCos (southbound partners) and commercial partners (northbound partners) and get OpCos and northbound partners to sign up to use the platform as per agreed targets.
Define product roadmap and develop a northbound and southbound pipe line which is aligned with the products being developed.
Develop operational processes to cover commercial and technical operations.
Follow up, monitor and consolidate financial performance of the partners and the opcos
Maintain a constant view of industry best practices and look to apply them appropriately in the business and technical domain.
Maintain a view of technology trends and have a clear understanding of how and when to apply them to enhance the platform and the commercial opportunity.
What Do You Need to Qualify
Multi-disciplinary skills: capable of setting digital strategy, commercial management, strong technical architecture understanding, product development and product lifecycle management.
Very strong PowerPoint and presentation skills and having an understanding of the industry and regional regulatory scene is a plus.
Minimum experience: 10 years
Combination of business and technical/engineering – i.e.: MBA with technical or MIS background
