Zain Drone is actively recruiting for the role of Sales Specialist, who will join their team and help launch Zain Drone into the Kuwait Market.

Job Overview
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects;
  • Maintains relationships with clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options;
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Organizing sales visits;
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
  • Negotiating contracts and packages;
  • Aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly targets;
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

  • Relevant experience in Oil & Gas and/or the government sector.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Qualifications: Bachelor/Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years. Post-qualification experience in
  • B2B & B2G Sales
  • relevant experience in Oil & Gas and/or the government sector.
  • the field of writing and submitting the tender file;
  • preparing and writing quotations/proposals.
  • Previous experience with a technology service provider
  • Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Knowledge of Tenders / Semi-Tenders rules and procedures;
  • Selling skills;
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration;
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Advanced computer and MS office skills.
