Organizational Development Specialist

Description

Zain Bahrain is actively recruiting for the role of Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, you will be for the successful implementation and coordination of all organizational development activities held in Zain through effectively managing the performance management system and all other activities/projects that will further boost the Zain culture among employees to enhance their performance and engagement.

Your responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Increase organizational performance by directing employees focus toward the year objectives through a kick-off event for the engagement campaign following it with supported initiatives during the year.
  • Address engagement concerns of stakeholders and consider implications of initiatives.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans among employees and leaders regarding organizational issues and hot topics.
  • Provide expertise in planning, developing, and executing employee engagement programs and campaigns that aim to focus employees’ efforts towards the yearly organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized tools that will be used to support strategy execution, organization development, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
  • Focuses on enhancing the organization’s capabilities across departments and businesses.
  • Create a performance-driven culture by ensuring that the right people are retained through developing, managing and maintaining a solid and reliable performance management system
  • Review evaluations and assess the effectiveness of engagement programs, objectives, and accomplishments based on individual and departmental performance.
  • Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
  • Increase employees’ engagement level by introducing, analysing and implementing action plans based on annual engagement survey results.
  • Identifying approaches and interventions to improve the effectiveness of the organization and its people.
  • Maintain the organizational culture and ensure the institutionalization of the corporate values through induction programs to new comers and emphasis through internal events for existing employees
  • Aligns business processes and people tools and systems to help drive strategy execution, including strategic alignment, organization design, change management and culture support initiatives.
  • Works with HR business partners to develop and implement standardized organizational design methodologies, processes and programs.
  • Works with leaders to diagnose and addresses performance and capability challenges to achieve business objectives, improve performance, develop new capabilities, improve or maximize team dynamics, assess effective allocation of resources and address rising levels of business and organizational complexity.
  • Oversees Employee Engagement survey process and analysis of the results. Partners with HR business partners and executives on an action plan.
  • Partners with Learning & Development to incorporate deeper analytics throughout the organization to assess talent and culture.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned or needed.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relative field of study.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an organizational development/behavior/change role or any relative role.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Consulting/coaching experience is a plus.
  • Bahraini national.
