Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of certification programs within the organization. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's certifications to international standards.
The job involves collaboration with various departments, subject matter experts, and external certification bodies to ensure that initiatives meet industry standards and organizational needs.


Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
  • Researching relevant certifications for the industry, coordinating the certification application process, and ensuring ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
  • Identifying relevant awards and recognition opportunities, preparing and submitting award applications, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and managing the documentation and submission process.
  • Facilitating training sessions and awareness programs for employees, and ensuring organizational awareness of certification and award goals.
  • Communicating certification and award requirements to internal stakeholders, providing operational support for certification-related activities, and assisting in the preparation of documentation and materials.
  • Liaising with external certification bodies and award organizations, in addition to coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to compliance standards, maintaining accurate documentation for audits, and collaborating with internal teams to address compliance gaps.

What Do You Need to Qualify

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or any related field
  • Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred having Advanced degree or certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CoPC, EFQM Assessor…).
