Indirect Sales Account Senior Executive (Baghdad)

Description

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire an Indirect Sales Account Senior Executive (Baghdad) who is responsible for updating distributors continuously on matters related to the number of rejected contracts, SIM irregularities, vouchers inaccuracies, SIM activated, and documentation discrepancies. They also maintain relationships with distributors by providing excellent service at all times and by responding to the distributor’s needs and inquiries.
  • Understand Indirect Sales strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
  • Implement Indirect Sales policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
  • Conduct regular visits to DROS in order to collect market intelligence related to competitive activities in the market and to inform the distributors about the new promoted offers from Zain IQ
  • Monitor and report consumers’ feedback at DROS on Zain IQ products, log and follow up on any consumer complaint
  • Conduct regular field audit to make sure all products are merchandised as per the guidelines and in order to identify performance gaps and address them through team member’s coaching sessions and training
  • Ensure DROS’ owner engagement with Zain IQ products and full awareness of consumer's detailed benefit plans
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to activate SMS service 1000 upon distributors’ requests
  • Coordinate between the distributor, Documentation & Information Department, and Legal Department to get the ownership of unregistered lines
  • Identify daily activation account per distributor and inform the distributors on daily basis on their status report on the SIM activated
  • The draft rejected contract report per distributor and inform each distributor about the number of rejected contracts
  • Coordinate with the Indirect Sales Operations Support Department to facilitate the activation process of post-paid lines, replace the Mobile Voucher Device lines, and active the point of sales on 207 service
  • Follow up on the activation requests SMS1000 activation service and problems, update distributors with progress
  • Inform distributors on daily basis about documentation discrepancies in order to adjust the required documents and solve discrepancies
  • Inform the distributors about SIM irregularities and vouchers inaccuracies
  • Respond to distributors inquiries and report their concerns to the management
  • Inform the distributors of their status regarding the total numbers of active SIMs and rejected contracts

What Do You Need to Qualify

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
