Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire B2B Senior Account Executive Karbala who is responsible for providing support to sales channels to solve operational problems and solving complaints related to commission payment. The jobs in this level are responsible for handling the daily requirements of creation, activation, and de-activation of the SMS1000 accounts on AS and ensuring adherence with approved policy and regulations set for each process
Understand B2B Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement Planning & Support Department policies and procedures
Manage medium, large & strategic B2B clients
Upsell/cross-sell products to increase sales and generate revenues
Always maintain professional and courteous communication /quality of service with customers to maintain customer satisfaction
Support new services and solutions development and management processes as required to ensure fulfillment of new products requirements impacting the quality of products provisioning
Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails of customers
Add/remove service maintaining 95% of the complying with the department’s established plan, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency in handling business cases and achieve targets
Handle visitors’ requests maintaining the 95% SLA
Manage cash deposits in the bank on a weekly basis
Provide correct information and services to customers in a timely manner
To maintain an average of 3 Calls/Customer/Month
Handle All loyalty program activity through outgoing calls to promoting on new Offers, Promotion & to increase the loyalty.
Ensure the implementation of proper preventive/corrective actions/improvement initiatives with Organizational Excellence to increase customers’ satisfaction
What Do You Need to Qualify
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
