Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a B2B Reporting & Commissioning Officer who is responsible for handling administrative tasks such as order processing, handling correspondence, daily customers’ requirements of creation, activation, and de-activation. Etc on CRM, reviewing and distributing sales related documents and tracking reports. The jobs at this level are also responsible for developing commission related reports and ensuring proper follow-up on the commission payment process for distributors & B2B
Understand the Sales Support strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement Sales Support policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
Understand B2B Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement Planning & Support Department policies and procedures
Collect required data used in commission calculations from BI and Tabs teams, and check integrity and consistency of data to avoid errors.
Calculate and validate final commission amounts and follow up on the approval process with the preparation of official documentation.
Monitor & validate daily commission payments automated through AS to ensure the commission is calculated and paid accurately.
Update commission payment reports by using provided guidelines and templates
Liaise with related departments to accelerate the process of commission calculation, validation, and payment.
Contribute to IT system automation projects, test the functionality and accuracy of the systems and provide related feedback
Handle inquiries raised by sales channels related to commissions by providing them with necessary clarifications on the calculation process and payments.
Analyze trend of commission payments, define underlying performance parameters and share with related departments
