What Do You Need to Qualify












Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience of working in a retail / customer care environment is mandatory
  1. Mobile Telecommunications background desirable
  1. Should have previous strong track record of success in managing busy front office / shops where there is a heavy dependency on dealing with people face to face.
  1. Professional qualification preferred
Experience:2-3 years
Knowledge:
  1. Broad understanding of all stages of the sales process and customer care processes.
  1. Good understanding of the Sudan market and Zain business strategy, goals and competitive environment
  1. Understanding of budgetary and resource management and control policies and processes
  1. Good understanding of best practice Change Management processes and methodologies
  1. Understanding of the relevant regulatory, legal and other contextual factors impacting on the successful management of projects within Zain.
