We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and fintech passionate head of operations to lead and take part of all the action! At Zain Cash, operations is our beating heart and where interaction and collaboration manifest at its best.

In addition to developing the operations team, as the leader of that area you will be working to up-skill the talent, build the processes and tools that works as the foundation for our scalability and growth, lead and prioritize the execution and implementation of strategic projects, develop and manage the relationships with our partners network, and provide informed market feedback to related teams.




You will be responsible for :-

  • Lead, setup, manage and develop the operations function in the organization
  • Build, develop and upskill the talent of the team
  • Contribute expertise in the development and implementation of strategies, policies, & practices
  • Continuously optimize operations end-to-end fulfillment processes and procedures for wallets/cards/and other verticals
  • Developing the work plans in alignment with Zain Cash overall objectives
  • Develop, monitor and report the functional KPIs
  • Coordinate the activities/relationships between the sales/finance/product/marketing and related functions
  •  Work independently with the ability to participate actively in decision making
  • Ensure that the operations function is set in compliance with the relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Drive a customer-centric approach across all activities



  • BA/BS is required
  • MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: 

-Fintech/Payments/Cards experience is a big plus
-Comfortable working with analytical tools and MS office suite
