As part of Zain SD team ,you will be fully accountable for maximising the revenue potential of a delegated portfolio of existing ZAIN products/services and to develop profitable new products/services from concept through to product launch.


If you held this position, your main responsibilities would be:


  • Launching, developing and managing mobile broadband services.
  • Responsible for the design of all Data and Internet products, services and solutions for individuals and corporate, develop all Business analysis and plans based on a real-time analysis. Assist in preparation of financial statements, forecasting, business plans, new projects and technical proposals, design all reports using Oracle BI.
  • Planning, Rollout and Managing stimulation offers and promotions based on the roadmap and in line with annual and long-term marketing strategy, unique users, differentiation, unique selling points and competitive edge.
  • Using Broadband technologies and services to develop and launch Business solutions for corporate segment.
  • Participate on introducing, launching and managing of different terminals for both consumer and corporate segments.
  • Prepare prices, value propositions for all terminals that serve consumer and corporate segments as well as designing promotions in line with corporate sales recommendations, market research and customer feedback needs. 
  • Participate in proposing and driving comprehensive for terminals business that serves all segments focusing on customer growth, revenue and ARPU stimulation. Actively capture and develop ideas for new terminals introduction that suit the latest in technology to satisfy all segments needs.
  • Liaise closely with colleagues in own team and department i.e. corporate Sales and Customer Service and cross-departmentally i.e. Operations and IT and Billing to ensure integrated approaches to optimize capacity and service to drive up customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to strategy, policy and process development to improve the overall effectiveness of Sales and Marketing.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share experience and expertise to improve the overall effectiveness of Marketing and Production Management
  • Contribute to delivery of product knowledge training to sales and customer service staff 
  • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies. .
  • Preparation of reports and analysis with regards to terminals under his/ her responsibility.
  • Responsible for product profitability, product development as mentioned in the KPI.
  • Participate in providing suggestions and ideas for solutions to counter attack competition terminals products, offers and promotions, for current and expected actions done by competition.
  •  To be fully accountable for contributing towards achieving Zain financial goals by acquire high value customers, retain customers and minimizing churn among consumer and corporate terminals subscribers through developing and launching number of consumer and corporate terminals and promotions that address consumer and corporate market needs.
  • Responsible about customer and corporate satisfaction by analyzing all sources of data to identify customer needs, requirements and behaviour, which can be translated into profitable business opportunities.
  • Participate in Planning & executing customer loyalty and retention consumer and corporate related activities, packages, bundles and promos on terminals to ensure minimum possible churn and maximum possible satisfaction level in corporate data market to achieve budgeted corporate customer base number.
  • Participate on the preparation of monthly SWOT and GAP analysis and proactively work and revisit priorities based on market feedback and research.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.


What Do I Need?

You will be required to have:

  • Educated to Degree level.
  • Relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification essential.
  • Minumum 2 years commercial experience in relevant industry.
  • Previous experience of Product Management role in a private sector organisation essential.
  • Should have previous strong track record of success in major new product launches.
  • Ability to speak and write Arabic and English essential.
