Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements.
Department and Team Management:
Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services.
Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee.
HR Administrative-related Services:
Implement HR administrative-related services in the eastern and northern region including employee profiles maintenance, employment certificates issuance, leave/ attendance/ public holidays/ absences administration, change of status and end-of-employment procedures ensuring that all information is up-to-date and documents are complete.
Assist in supervising administrative incoming and outgoing paperwork and ensure filing for maintenance purposes.
Contribute to the organization of sports, social and religious events that Zain is participating in.
Employee Records Management:
Assist in supervising employee records including contracts, assessments, promotion decisions, salaries, leaves, letters, etc. to ensure accuracy and availability for retrieval.
Employee Disputes and Non-Compliance Investigation and Resolution:
Participate in resolving disputes and issues such as grievances or disciplinary actions in line with set policies and procedures.
Review investigations related to employee behavior, communication, non-compliance and fraud and implement corrective action as per set policies and management decisions.
Assist in supervising interface with employees via HR system ensuring employee satisfaction and timely fulfillment of requests.
Conduct performance management review analysis is order to assess each employee in the eastern and northern region.
Develop and motivate staff, conduct the performance, give formal and informal feedback and appraisals and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance.
