Performing complex data analytics and customer segmentation for the purpose of marketing strategies and campaigns design and implementation. As well as, conducting regular marketing research, designing and preparing reports and presentations to convey research outcomes.


You will be responsible for :-

  • Behavioral analysis of the accounts base to design and implement strategies and campaigns to promote upgrade behavior, minimize any existing or possible future downgrade behavior, enhance customer retention and reduce churn. 
  • Design and implementation of cross-selling and up-selling campaigns to maximize the commercial value of the existing mass under corporate customer base .
  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of any ongoing AVM activities to ensure the success of any conducted activities. 
  • Building and deployment of micro-segmentation and analytic models to enhance customer lifecycle management and targeting. 
  • Preparation of post launch analyses to generate better customer targeting and communication strategies.
  •  Preparation and monitoring of revenue key performance indicators (KPIs), daily, monthly and quarterly dashboards in terms of base growth and revenue movement. 
  • Design and creation of reports concerning customer behavioral insights trends through the use of data analytics and surveys. 
  • Designing and conducting surveys targeted towards our customer base and potential customers.
  • Conducting regular marketing research to generate insights and act accordingly.





  • You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree Marketing or a related field.
