The jobs in this level are responsible for the management of the flagship resources, budget, sales team and facility. They manage franchise shops in assigned area and provide needed motivation to achieve sales targets and business objectives. They are also responsible for the implementation sales team training plan and development initiatives.                                                               




Implement and suggest improvements to Retail Sales policies and procedures                                    

Flagship Management:

Develop flagship sales plans and initiatives in accordance with Retail Sales master plan to drive an increase in Zain's profits                                  

Develop budgets and targets for Zain’s flagships, and ensure achievement                                           

Allocate work programs to the team, in order to maximize work force utilization and enhance flagship efficiency                                

Review periodical store achievement and sales performance reports, identify issues and develop recommendations to maximize sales efficiency and branch profitability                                             

Analyze customers’ expectations and monitor sales teams interventions to make sure they are effectively elaborating Zain’s products and services offerings                                    

Manage the resolution of customers’ simple and complex questions/issues and ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution                                             

Coordinate with relevant Sectors and third party agencies to analyze prospective improvements and to determine most adequate initiatives to enhance customer experience                                         

Oversee store look and feel, cleanliness, display of products and ensure the maintenance of the highest levels of tidiness and neatness at all times in order to preserve Zain's image                                          

Ensure effective quality of products storage, retrieval and display to ensure no defective products are being sold to customers                                          

Validate, approve and sign-off shift opening and closing forms pertaining to cash collection, remaining stock, EVD receipts, bank receipts, etc.                                        

Review and analyze all flagship reports pertaining to orders, payment, cash sales, stock, bill payments, activation, DMS, Mystery shopper, etc. and provide approval when needed                               

Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales and accordingly update flagship sales plan and targets                                              

Develop flagship performance reports, and submit to Flagship Regional Manager for review                                         

Franchise Shops Area Management:

Carry out random visits to franchise shops within the assigned area to ensure work continuity and smooth flow of operations                                         

Review franchise shops reports, identify improvements areas and develop recommendations                                     

Develop and ensure execution of corrective action in light of franchise partners' violations                                            

Develop franchise shops sales plans and target in accordance with Retail Sales master plan to drive an increase in Zain's profits                                     

Review and analyze franchise shops sales performance reports, and develop improvement plans                

Solve escalated complex issues and problems in a timely manner not to affect sales targets                                          

Monitor franchise shops operations compliance in terms of stock availability, customer information comprehensiveness, customer contracts archiving, etc.                                  

Manage the provision of training material to all franchise shops                                 

Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.                                            

Lead expansion activities and identify new potential areas                                            

Review and endorse insourcing applications of identified high potential employees in franchise stores                                     

Teamwork and Cooperation:

Support Retail Sales employees, provide guidance/ training and resolve escalated issues                                

Provide subject matter expertise in Retail Sales                 

What do I need?

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent


A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role
