The jobs in this level are responsible for supervising the planning and the implementation of small Technology, Customer Experience and other projects. Jobs are also responsible for conducting root cause analysis of project challenges and implementing corrective actions.



Implement and suggest improvements to the Project Management policies and procedures
Carry out assigned activities in specified area with minimal direct supervision

Team Management:

Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required

Enterprise PMO:

Challenge project management plans and milestones based on previous experience and lessons learned
Participate in articulating comprehensive project plans for small budget and/or small risk projects and develop effective project scope, objectives and processes
Handle Zain-wide helpdesk for Project Managers ensuring timely response and support
Follow-up on the implementation of small projects by tracking progress
Supervise project implementation practices to ensure compliance with quality policies, guidelines and procedures for Zain’s projects
Review changes related to project time schedule, budget or resources and ensure implementation and documentation
Participate in conducting root cause analysis when problems occur in projects
Decide when necessary and implement corrective actions to resolve unexpected project issues and challenges
Assist in developing paper-based and/or automated project management tools and documentation for implementation purposes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project management trends in the market for implementation


Planning and Support :

Communicate project objectives to stakeholders and provide information throughout the project lifecycle to ensure buy-in and minimize resistance to project outcomes


Develop project-related periodic reports for reporting and decision-making purposes


Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or equivalent

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
