The jobs in this level are responsible for carrying out basic human resource activities such as collating data by coordinating internally with various departments, processing paperwork, preparing standard documents and performing basic analysis and reporting activities.



Implement the Human Resources Development policies and procedures
Carry out assigned activities in specified area with direct supervision

HR Development :

Assist in performing routine and administrative tasks in Human Resources and organization development, reporting, documentation and monitoring activities, in an accurate and timely manner and according with established guidelines
Assist in collating data of various Human Resources development activities including roles and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, updated documentation, competencies, training needs, etc., by coordinating internally with various departments
Abide by all relevant HR procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Perform data entry into HR system in a consistent and up-to-date manner (e.g. training and performance output, etc.)
Conduct information gathering and basic research activities as requested
Produce standard reports/documents in response to routine human resource requests and enquiries
File and archive all data related to HR documentation and systems for future reference and record keeping
Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) containing learning and development content
Coordinate logistics of cohort-based programmes
Follow-up on evaluation of training and objectives setting, mid-year reviews and Q1, Q3, and end-of-year performance appraisals and end-of-probation appraisals by sending reminders and answering related questions
Collect and consolidate outputs of talent reviews for reporting purposes
Provide data on employees performance when requested
Assist in the preparation of documentation/templates for assessment reviews for evaluation purposes


Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources or Equivalent

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
