The jobs in this level are responsible for carrying out non-routine human resource activities in line with policies and procedures.



Implement the Human Resources Development policies and procedures

Team Management :

Provide close supervision and training to team Provide close supervision and training to team
Perform routine and administrative tasks in Human Resources and organization development, reporting, documentation and monitoring activities, in an accurate and timely manner and according with established guidelines

HR Development :

Review data entry transactions into HR system ensuring consistently and up-to-date manner (e.g. training and performance output, etc.)
Collate data of various Human Resources development activities including roles and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, documentation, competencies, training needs, etc., by coordinating internally with various departments
Conduct information gathering and complex research activities as requested
Consolidate Human Resources Development materials such as training material, documentation, organization structure documents, workforce optimization material, career development data, succession plans, benchmark data)
Abide by all relevant HR procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Assist in preparing technical reports related to human resource development activities, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role
Analyze outputs of talent reviews for reporting purposes
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, enrollment administration and records keeping
Distribute certificates following training courses as a proof of participation
Monitor the implementation of HR documentation and provide support when needed
Coordinate with Technology Sector to automate HR documentation for ease of communication and implementation
Prepare the documentation/templates for assessment reviews and ensure the support in the execution of performance management appraisal
Assist in the organization of cultural events to engage employees


Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources or Equivalent

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
