The jobs in this level are responsible for coordinating large events and dealing with delays and last minute changes. Jobs are also responsible for investigating harmful publications and implementing corrective action.




  • Implement and suggest improvements to the Marketing and Corporate Communications policies and procedures                                        

Team Management:

  • Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required                                  

Marketing and Corporate Communications:

  • Coordinate large events (Ramadan breakfast, town hall, exhibition, etc.)                               

  • Resolve complex incidents related to campaigns/events execution or other communications areas Participate in the evaluation of agencies proposals and quotations taking into consideration the quality, price, delivery and service factors                                         

  • Maintain professional relationships with agencies at all times ensuring continuous communication and timely resolution of issues                                        

  • Conduct review and assessment of agencies performance                                            

  • Perform quality control on complex marketing materials and ensure the output is in line with Zain quality and branding standards                                        

  • Perform complex analysis of data and feedback collected regarding marketing initiatives                                                

  • Monitor the budget, review invoices, and follow-up on payments to agencies                                      

  • Deal with delays and last minute changes and suggest alternatives / solutions to ensure campaigns/events are not negatively affected in terms of quality or cost                                             

  • Investigate harmful and offensive publications that relate to Zain’s image, reputation or perception, develop replies and seek necessary approvals before publication                               

  • Monitor training of relevant stakeholders across Zain Sectors and Partners to ensure unified, consistent and aligned brand positioning and  products and services visibility                                     

  • Translate product briefs into advertising briefs and coordinate campaigns development with advertising agencies                                             

  • Perform post-launch evaluation to evaluate effectiveness                                            

  • Review content development of internal and external communication collaterals (internal articles, interviews, newsletters, press releases, executive speeches, response to media requests, etc.) to ensure coverage for awareness and publicity purposes and alignment to branding guidelines                

  • Review new media opportunities and out of the box execution in order to increase market share

  • Develop periodic reports on Zain campaigns and launch reports for reporting and decision-making purposes




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
