Basic Purpose

Employee will be managing and maintaining the campaign management system by Design, execute the campaigns, reporting performance and coordinate with external department to ensure smooth and efficient execution (Ex: technical departments to apply any new updates or system enhancements). in addition candidate should be capable of conducting deep analysis on the customer base and accordingly apply CVM techniques in order enhance loyalty, reduce churn, enhance customer LTV and extracting more value to improve current profitability and market value share.

Main Responsibilities and Duties


  • Data and campaign Sanity check:

    Monitor campaign management system performance by conducting daily Sanity checks for all outgoing and activations and raise flags for ECRM team in case of any system failure, Apply weekly Data sanity checks to ensure the BI data accuracy, in addition they are responsible for coordinating with BI team to add any new required data fields to the CMS tables from the sources.


  • Campaign technical design and execution monitoring:

    Handle all inquiries related to the Campaign Management System, as well as managing the current and new campaigns in terms of updating the business aspects and designs using a specific interface.


  • Campaigns monthly Dashboard / channel performance and Assessment:

    Owner of the CMS monthly dashboard in addition to monitor the performance of the newly created and current campaigns by running queries and reports directly from the database and provide reports for performance in order to conduct the necessary daily, weekly and monthly analysis and rise red flags if any.


  • Coordinate with BI/Technical team for channels improvement:

    Work in close coordination with the technical area to apply any newly recommended updates and enhancements to the system itself or to the campaigns as per the marketing plan requirements of these campaigns


  • Support other divisions with Data request:

    Support other units within marketing to retrieve customer’s base detailed and other deep dive reports


  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years.

  • Major: Bachelor in computer science or MIS.

  • Expertise:

    • Coding: read and compose at least one programming language preferable to be SQL.

    • Expert in data analytics.

    • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint “Think cell”.

    • Experience in operating campaign management system.
