is accountable to the effective and efficient:  all activates related to  cycle and process starting from request till issuance and responsible from Archiving and marinating adequate date base. 

How

- Administer contracts signature activities in coordination with internal Stake holders and Vendors to ensure compliance with Contracts SLA.

- Archive (scan) Contracts documentation packages in Electronic Documentation Management System
.

- Support contract administration through fulfilling tasks in functional areas like filing and retrieve Contracts from the Electronic Documentation Management System and other compliance systems.

- Responsible of vendor’s signature process.

-Responsible of preparing of contract control sheet and different related contract documents.

- Physical Archiving of Vendors Contract copies and carry out handover process.

- Act as liaison between Contract Administration section, Contract Compliance section, requesters, Procurement, and Vendors in relation to Vendor Contract’s

- Manage & maintain adequate stationary inventory and coordinates activities of department staff concerned with receiving, storing, inventorying and issuing of stationary.

-Handling different Database projects.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experiences in Archiving and   Database management.
  • Previous experience of Systems administration is mandatory.
  • Track record of success in managing support/installation services.
  • B.Sc in law , Business Administration  , computer science or any relevant filed  .
