- Administer contracts signature activities in coordination with internal Stake holders and Vendors to ensure compliance with Contracts SLA.
- Archive (scan) Contracts documentation packages in Electronic Documentation Management System
- Support contract administration through fulfilling tasks in functional areas like filing and retrieve Contracts from the Electronic Documentation Management System and other compliance systems.
- Responsible of vendor’s signature process.
-Responsible of preparing of contract control sheet and different related contract documents.
- Physical Archiving of Vendors Contract copies and carry out handover process.
- Act as liaison between Contract Administration section, Contract Compliance section, requesters, Procurement, and Vendors in relation to Vendor Contract’s
- Manage & maintain adequate stationary inventory and coordinates activities of department staff concerned with receiving, storing, inventorying and issuing of stationary.
-Handling different Database projects.
