WHAT

 

The primary responsibility of the individual(s) holding this position is to act as the company expert and contact for current and potential corporate accounts for assigned market segment/industry, as well as Sales personnel. In addition this individual will pursue and drive business opportunities with corporate accounts in assigned market segments.

 

HOW

You will be responsible of :

• Participate in developing and implementing the corporate Sales strategy

• Define and implement a strategic account plan, Translate into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit

• Understand the customers industry to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in a line with ZAIN product and service portfolio.

• Identify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan;

• Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation, and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities;

• Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts;

• Communicate professionally and empathic with an attitude of owning and solving customer issues whilst building excellent rapport to ensure the customer experience is maximized.

• Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience through effective relationships.

• Fulfillment, Operation, Controlling Commercial & business Solutions Bids.

• First point of contact for all aspects of the Corporate customer ,and build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business

• Responsible for achieving assigned targets and ensure that all sales targets are achieved per the agreed upon KPI’s & timeframe.

• Responsible for revenue tracking to meet the segment/ Department target.

  • Participate in increasing and maintain the corporate market share growth

• Track an aggressive outdoor & indoor atmosphere • Synchronize with Product & Service team for any new Market requirement or customized offerings, aligned with the market prices

• Profiling the market information / industry and benchmarking with Competitors existing portfolio.

• Introduces new innovations and concepts to the key clients that fulfill & match their needs utilizing the new technology technique (IOT , cloud , Saas …etc

• Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlementt with the account within the agreed timeline

• Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain account information in CRM to ensure having the complete customer profile.

• Prepare the presentation material required for sales deals and ensure corporate customers are updated with the current corporate portfolio.

• Monitor the account’s payment behavior and act to ensure payment within the agreed payment terms

• Follow all pre-set internal procedures and guidelines specified for the sales department

• Responsible for the security, confidentiality & integrity of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies

What do I need ?

 

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Business or Economics

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

• Solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry

• Certified Key Account Management

• Technical Knowledge

• Must own a personal car to be used for the sales business

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Arabic & English language.

• Customer oriented and has excellent Interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, etc...)

• Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated creative and effective problem solving skills.

• Solid presentation skills including the ability to explain complex technologies and product features.

• Flexible and accepts changes.

• Has an open mind about solutions.

• Clean driving licence
