What

The Contract Compliance Specialist position Carrying out Payment Compliance process of reviewing, approving & logging all Zain SD Payments in Contract Management Data Base System, and Archiving Process in Electronic Document management system, in addition to generating performing Project Management reports for all Zain Capex Contracts in addition to generating reports.

 

How

In this role your major tasks and responsibilities will be :

  • Review & Validate all Payment and invoices submitted to Zain Sudan and cross check with contract.
  • Review Acceptance certificate against contract and SLA (s).
  • Carry out different Contract Compliance Tasks.
  • Recording all Zain actual payments in Contract Management Data Base( CMD)
  • Responsible of issuing Contract’s expiry notification and Reports
  • Communicate contract related information related to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
  • Carry out quality check for Contracts in Contract Management Database(CMD)
  • Preform  quality check for Contracts in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Perform  new Site rent contracts Process (collect from facility team, serializing, scan, EDMS quality, uploading, system quality and sorting and handover to facility team)               
  • Mapping all Capex Contracts together with their related Projects
  • Perform Zain SD Project performance report quarterly implementing Project Management Indexes
  • Perform project progress report and payment reporting
  • Generate different Contract Reports from Different Contract Systems EDMS and CMD . 
  • Assist in preparing Contract Dashboard
  • Assist in Active and inactive project

What do i need

You will be required to have:

A minimum of 2 to 5 years   experience in Contract management preferably within a telecom industry.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Communication, both oral and written in Arabic language and business English.

Adherence to company policies and procedures and remains objective with local/cultural issues.
