The job holder is responsible for Managing Media Buy suction including social media channels ,media investments increasing and publishing Zain's content for customer retention.


Strategy Management:

  • Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements.               

Department and Team Management:

  • Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services.     

  • Monitor employee performance and submit continuous feedback to encourage and support  employees’ professional development and guide training programs implementation.

Advertising Materials Management:

  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications to supply promotional materials when needed on-time.

  • ensure products and services visibility in the sales stores of Zain and partners.    

  • Supervise on-time distribution and installation of printable materials and leaflets across all touch points for marketing and communication purposes.                            

  • supervise field visits to ensure up-to-date posters and banners are placed in Zain and Partners sales stores for marketing purposes.                     

  • Ensure correct use of brand material in Zain and Partners sales stores, in accordance with Zain brand guidelines.                         

Tactics and Strategies Management:

  • Translate commercial and brand strategies into yearly tactics and media buying strategies, driven by offline, digital, retail, on-ground, and direct channels for performance management purposes.                  

Media Campaigns Development:

  • Approve, review and update media campaigns in accordance with strategy.                         

Media Investments Development:

  • Develop media investments optimization by negotiating referential rates and securing prominent and relevant placement.                        

  • Supervise media campaigns success/performance and liaise with Customer Experience to evaluate impact on customers.                        

Customer Retention:

  • Create and publish contents Zain’s different owned media platforms (website, App, social media, etc.) to maintain customers’ awareness and loyalty.                       

Compliance Maintenance:

  • Maintain the content of Zain’s different owned media to ensure up-to-date and in compliance with the standards                           

Feedback Enhancement:

  • Manage customers’ feedback to enhance quality of content provided                     

Opportunities Exploring:

  • Explore new media opportunities and out of the box executions in order to increase market share                            

 Communication Concepts Production:

  • Supervise reviews and discussions in order to produce communication concepts, plan and briefs.

Agency Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of agency and recommend contract renewal based on results.               


  • Reviwe financial control, report budget status and follow-up on payments for decision-making purposes.                

People Management:

  • Develop and motivate staff, conduct the performance, give formal and informal feedback and appraisals and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance.  




  • Bachelor's Degree \ Master's Degree is Preferable in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in a similar role.
