WHAT?

The jobs in this level are responsible for a broad range of HR administration activities. The jobs in this level also provide practical and ongoing guidance to more junior colleagues.

HOW?

Compliance:

  • Implement the Human Resources Operations policies and procedures .                             
  • Provide close supervision and training to team.

Recruitment:

  • Post vacancies in approved sourcing channels to recruit best talent                                      
  • Conduct interviews with candidates applying for low-level positions                                    

HR Daily Operations:

Assist in the implementation of all HR operations procedures and ensure requisite administrative assistance is available to employees

Assist immediate supervisor in the implementation of all HR operations procedures and ensure requisite administrative assistance is available to employees                      

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing of paperwork to facilitate smooth execution of all operations related to payroll, benefits administration, expenses and third party payments                                     

Respond to requests for letters/documents from employees ensuring timely handover                                       

Review employee complaints and suggest improvements accordingly                                  

Review intranet content before publishing  .                                     

Conduct exit interview with departing low-level employees to understand reasons for end-of-employment                            

Organize sports, social and religious events that Zain is participating in .                         

Conduct payroll simulation to ensure no major variances during data entry                                          

Process governmental services such as but not limited to work permits; visas; residence permits/iqamas; exit and reentry visas; profession change; permit transfers; visa extension; dependent separation; etc. in a timely manner in coordination with concerned government entities  .                                      

Identify any recurring process issues or discrepancies and make recommendations to improve current processes .                          

Employee On-boarding and Communication:

  • Provide input and assist in implementation of end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires to ensure familiarization with culture and job.                  
  • Develop complex communication briefs for internal communication purposes  .                                       

WHAT DO I NEED ?

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Human Resources or Equivalent.                                          
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role  .
