WHAT?

You will be responsible for supporting setting up, developing and managing the Group-wide API program. You are to enable Operating Countries (OpCos) to scale up the Group API platform assets.

HOW?

       

    Your role will include but will not be limited to:

    • Defining and executing the strategy for on-boarding the OpCos and northbound partners on the Group platform.

    • Developing business requirements and defining functional capabilities to maximize the Group platform scope.

    • Interacting and negotiating best terms with external parties to leverage the Group platform.

    •  Developing and implementing innovative/disruptive business models.

    • Managing the interface with Group and Opco, Legal, Finance and Tax teams and developing the contractual structure for both OpCos (southbound partners) and commercial partners (northbound partners). Your role is to get OpCos and northbound partners to sign up to use the platform as per agreed targets.

    • Defining a high level product roadmap and developing a northbound and southbound pipe line which is aligned with the products being developed.

    • Developing operational processes to cover commercial and technical operations.  

    • Maintaining a constant view of industry best practices and applying them appropriately in the business and technical domain.

    • Maintaining a view of technology trends and have a clear understanding of how and when to apply them to enhance the platform and the commercial opportunity.

 

WHAT DO I NEED?

       
    • Experience working with global digital players across different industries.

    • Multi-disciplinary skills: capable of setting digital strategy, commercial management, strong technical architecture understanding, product development and product lifecycle management.  

    • Negotiation skills and able to review legal partnerships

    • Minimum experience of 10 years

    • Combination of business and technical/engineering – i.e.: MBA with technical or MIS background
