You will be responsible for the Operations and Business Performance Section activities including alignment of various business units within the Group as well as the OpCos, in order to ensure the units are helping to achieve a centralized set of goals.


Your role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the operations and business performance monitoring and reporting arrangements in coordination with OpCo assigned staff ensuring integration with risk, financial management and audit teams. Develop performance challenge mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Strategy Formulation processes involving market analysis, government regulation, and internal assessment resulting in actionable change plans managed through Portfolio Management processes.
  • Facilitate Business Model blueprints optimizing the organization’s products/services portfolio in context of the strategy of the organization, supporting OpCos in this process of optimization.
  • Continuously manage process quality and data quality at Group level and in OpCos with compliance to internal standards and policies.
  • Support development of Operations and Business Performance strategy, establish and maintain processes, frameworks and infrastructure at OpCo levels through gathering business needs from relevant stakeholders and developing appropriate strategy and process, policies and directives in the development function.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or an equivalent degree
  • Six to ten years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Continuous improvement proposals
  • Telecom industry financial / Commercial knowledge
