The role holder is responsible for assisting in the development of an effective enterprise mobility services portfolio for all SME services by understanding customer requirements, monitoring product lifecycle and upgrading the services. The role holder will be responsible for supervising service performance, revenue and profitability of all existing mobility services for the SME Services Section. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.                                 




Function and Team Management:

  • Participates in the development and implementation of the Mobility Portfolio plans, in line with the corporate objectives.                      
  • Directs and manages the SME Services Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.                       
  • Interprets and implements change in the SME Services Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement and ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the SME Services Section.                         
  • Strategy Management   Ensures that the strategy of the Enterprise Sector strategy is cascaded for the SME Services Section and develops policies and procedures for the Section to drive the achievement of the desired objectives.                            
  • Assess pricing and financial impact of proposed promotions and develops and manages overall promotion plans.                        
  • Product & Services Development:
  • Assists in the development of a commercial service description for new services and selects a service delivery partner if required.                          
  • Monitors the lifecycle of the Mobility Portfolio Department’s services and ensures that product updates or overall portfolio revamps are done if required.                         
  • Manages service development lifecycle from ideation stage through soft/commercial launch for new services based on the marketing plan including draft budget, resource requirements, detailed product roadmap, operating model and partners requirements.                   
  • Develops value proposition training manuals for the purpose of training the sales and customer service agents.

People Management:

  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the ZAIN performance management process.                           
  • Provide support, advice and direction that have a strategic impact on the business                                                               


Bachelor's Degree /Master's Degree is Preferable in  Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role.
