The jobs in this level are responsible for enhancing the customer data profiles and maintaining relationships with customers and ad agencies. Jobs are also responsible for studying customer behavior and providing support to Digital Channels.



  • Implement the Marketing Development policies and procedures                           
  • Carry out assigned activities in specified area with minimal direct supervision                                           

Marketing Development:

  • Develop and maintain detailed requirement and complimentary relationships with internal technical data scientists and data repository keepers                                       
  • Enrich internal based profiles with external data sources to improve customer profile and data product in coordination with Technology and Business Intelligence                                    
  • Enhance, on a continuous basis, the customer data profiles and maximize the enriched value sold to clients                                 
  • Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested                                       
  • Collect basic data and support the development of medium scale business cases as a preparation for new products study and development                           
  • Study customer behavior regarding different products in order to define new features, update existing products and determine products lifecycle                                    
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with customers and ad agencies to encourage repeated business                                        
  • Handle prepaid and postpaid services usage and revenues through targeted below the line (BTL) promotions                            
  • Provide support to Digital Channels to maximize all product adoption rate                                          
  • Keep abreast the latest trends in terms of loyalty and retention programs and recommend enhancements on existing offers accordingly                                        
  • Keep abreast the business and technological developments within digital product services to continuously introduce new services and better user experience        


Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent .                        

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience  .
