The jobs in this level require an understanding of work procedures with which the holder comes into contact on a day-to-day basis. The jobs undertake a range of activities with direction and guidance provided as required.



  • Implement the Human Resources Operations policies and procedures.                                   

  • Carry out assigned activities in specified area with direct supervision.

HR Daily Operations:

  • Undertake all administrative tasks to ensure appropriate arrangements are made for smooth HR operations                                                

  • Create employee file in the HR system and insert relevant employee-related information and updates (i.e. personal information, contract information, bank details, payroll, salary updates, promotions, transfers, etc.)                                               

  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, handling employee account balance, collection of employee attendance, updating employee database, etc.                                             

  • Carry-out all relevant paperwork and administrative processes related to payroll processing and benefits administration                                  

  • Collect all receipts and invoices from employees for claiming expenses and file for maintenance purposes                                               

  • Generate requested documents and letters for employees                                          

  • Maintain a database of all candidate profiles and outsourcing employees for recruitment purposes                                          

  • Call shortlisted candidates to attend scheduled interviews based on input from concerned department                                  

  • Receive employee queries or complaints and transfer to related department for timely resolution and address all requests until closure                                              

  • Insert up-to-date information in the intranet to ensure awareness across all employees                                 

  • Carry-out medical and life insurance enrollment activities for employees and provide assistance in claims                                                

  • Coordinate the timely delivery of travel-related logistics services (ticket and hotel accommodation) to ensure effective operation support                                        

  • Assist in the organization of sports, social and religious events that Zain is participating in                                              

  • File and archive all data related to Human Resources processes and cases for future reference and record-keeping

Internal Communications:

  • Draft simple communication briefs for internal communication purposes                                              

  • Update intranet content based on latest feed for the purpose of internal communication                                               

Collect newsletter content for the purpose of internal communication


  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or Equivalent

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Saudi National
