Jobs in this level are responsible for attending hearings and developing complex reports. Jobs are also responsible for following-up on technical and non-technical projects ensuring adherence to legal terms and conditions..



  • Implement the Legal Affairs policies and procedures.
  • Carry out assigned activities in specified area with minimal direct supervision .

Legal Affairs:

  • Investigate facts related to legal cases to determine causes of action in preparation of the legal case/arguments/document findings accordingly..
  • Assist in monitoring contractor/supplier performance to identify and report deviations from the agreed contractual terms and conditions.
  • Study case documents of complex cases and prepare case file including case summary.
  • Represent Zain in cases and court hearings raised in favor or against Zain before judicial bodies in the different regions.
  • Prepare case reports for all case hearings attended and send to owner Departments and Group Legal (as and when required).
  • Answer legal queries received from Zain internal stakeholders ensuring clarification of confusing texts and adherence to legal rules and policies
  • Draft and/or review complex legal memos, pleadings, defense memos, appeals, etc. based on policies and regulations.
  • Assist in developing new contracts and annexes or amendments to contracts and other different legal instruments (i.e. NDAs, Notices, etc.) ensuring legality.
  • Develop brief and prepare case files with external law firms  and follow-up cases with external firms providing needed support when required.
  • Follow-up with judicial bodies to receive judgments and update judgments reports accordingly.
  • Ensure that the database of claims and cases is continuously updated for maintenance and monitoring purposes.
  • Ensure proper coding, filing, diffusion of legal documents and deliverables.
  • Develop reports (For Finance, Group Legal, etc.) to provide management with the necessary information for decision-making purposes.
  • Review the latest legal rules, regulations and laws that impact legal contracts and cases.
  • Maintain confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience .
  • Saudi National.
