Set related section performance objectives, in coordination with head of related division, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and section strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements.
Function and Team Management:
Implement and suggest improvement to related section policies, process and standard operating procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Review key performance indicators results, suggest improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
Operating Model Assessment:
Conduct the assessment of Zain’s operating model to ensure efficiency in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
Supervise Zain Sectors restructuring based on new business and organizational needs and internal change requests.
Job Descriptions and Job Families Development:
Supervise the collection of specifications for job tasks and definition of job titles in order to develop or update job descriptions and job families for Zain.
Competency Framework Update:
Update and maintain Zain’s competency framework based on the revised structure and job analysis exercises to identify the needed technical and behavioral skills.
Manpower Strategy and Plan Development:
Develop manpower strategy based on the business and HR strategy and predict future needs based on manpower drivers and conduct field analyses in coordination with all Sectors to develop Zain annual manpower plan and budget.
Act as a focal point between staff and head of related division to enhance internal communication .
Motivate staff, assist in conducting the performance and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance.
