 Achieving Sales Target:

  • Achieving function sales targets and gross ads.
  • Monitor and measure daily weekly and monthly staff performance and coaching.
  • Managing Direct Sales team day to day operation.
  • Continuously ensure sales tools availability reediness.
  • Continuously align with Manasek Strategic function to ensure quality of activation.  
  • Continuously prepare and send internal and external (circulations , escalation , guidelines , process and procedures ) throng all kind of communication through email , other communication tool.


Sales Operation:

  • Continuously prepare annual sales duty schedule.
  • Continuously align with external support function to ensure stock and cash closing.
  • Prepare and finalize all function operational facility services and government relation administration management.


  • Diploma degree in Sales, Marketing or any relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Supervision.

  • Preferred English, Arabic is must and other languages is a Bonus (Urdu, Turkish, etc.)

  • A good knowledge in telecom business.

  • Saudi National.
