WHAT

The jobs in this level are responsible for handling Zain partners/ channels operations and providing needed support to ensure the achievement of set sales targets and the abidance by operational requirements. They also design Commercial Outbound campaigns, cascade sales targets and conduct business analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

HOW

Compliance:

  • Implement and suggest improvements to Partners & Channels Management policies and procedures

Partners Accounts Management:

  • Assist in the development of monthly plans in accordance with Partners management plans and initiatives in order to achieve set objectives in term of revenue and expansion targets
  • Visit partners offices and provide assistance on daily basis pertaining to correspondence with partners team in order to build and maintain good relations
  • Handle daily partners orders, assuring fulfillment across all channels in terms of shipment, allocation and product availability, and ensure timely payment collection on daily basis
  • Handle and act on future expansion and improvement opportunities in order to increase Zain profitability
  • Assist in the develop of daily reports pertaining to partners sales achievement vs target, EVD performance across channels, daily shipments and allocation
  • Monitor partners compliance to set requirements and report to direct senior for decision making purposes
  • Provide needed support for Partners pertaining to training, marketing, logistics, and billing in coordination with relevant Departments
  • Resolve escalated technical issues in coordination with Technology to ensure business continuity
  • Assist in the development of daily reports to partners pertaining to sales achievement vs target, EVD performance across channels, daily shipments and allocation
  • Assist in the development of monthly reports to partners pertaining to business review, closings, expansion, target/ KPIs, new requirements and strategies, market visits and market airtime availability
  • Assist in the development of partners assessments report to Partners Management for decision making purposes

Channel Management:

  • Assist in the development of assigned channel (i.e. Strategic Channel, E-Shop Channel, etc.) plan in accordance with master sales plans and initiatives in order to achieve set objectives in term of revenue and  targets
  • Handle daily channel orders, assuring fulfillment in terms of shipment, allocation and product availability, and ensure timely payment collection on daily basis
  • Provide recommendations pertaining to future expansion and improvement opportunities in order to increase Zain profitability
  • Supervise Account Executives, and ensure the undertaking of visits to key accounts on a frequent basis
  • Assist in the development and renewal of Channels' contracts in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate the provision of channels support pertaining to marketing, logistics, and billing in coordination with relevant Departments
  • Resolve escalated technical issues in coordination with Technology to ensure business continuity
  • Assist in the development of periodical channel performance assessment reports

Commercial Outbound:

  • Receive new outbound products/ services requirements and accordingly identify the appropriate customers list to ensure accuracy of targeted sales initiatives
  • Design outbound campaigns plan including the identification of when to launch, end or amend the campaigns
  • Assist in the development of Commercial Outbound campaigns sales plans and monitor sales performance per agent to ensure set targets' achievement
  • Develop scripts for outbound campaigns and monitor execution
  • Liaise with concerned Departments and analyze extracted data in order to forecast campaigns revenues and develop reports pertaining to ROI per campaign

Finance :

  • Supervise partner orders and follow-up the Partners commission and Credit and debit notes with Finance including  partners Cash flow

Teamwork and Cooperation:

  • Support Account Executives, provide guidance/ training and resolve escalated issues
  • Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
