The job holder is responsible for supervising the B2B Operations (Central) Section including managing B2B marketing strategy in the central region and consolidating regional plans.


Strategy Management:

  • Set related section performance objectives, in coordination with head of related division, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and section strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements.

Function and Team Management:

  • Implement and suggest improvement to related section policies, process and standard operating procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review key performance indicators results, suggest improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in managing B2B marketing strategy and business plan in the central region in order to attain desired outcomes.

Activity Managemen:

  • Handle telesales activities and supervise back office team for consistency purposes.

Service Development:

  •  Assist in managing service development lifecycle to ensure high-end customer service and avoid potential churn.

Regional Plan Progress:

  • Consolidate regional plans and individual account plans in the central region to ensure oversight on activities.

Relationship Management:

  • Assist in managing relationship with key accounts in the central region through Direct and Indirect sales.

Customer Satisfaction Rate:

  • Assist in managing complaints tickets to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor compliance with customer SLAs and sales performance in the central region to ensure customer satisfaction.

People Management:

  • Act as a focal point between staff and head of related division to enhance internal communication.
  • Motivate staff, assist in conducting the performance and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance.


  • Master's Degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role.
