The friendly atmosphere at Zain in general and in the contact center gives me the felling that I am working within my family hat atmosphere has shaped a healthy culture at Zain, which pushed me to bring out the best of me. During the first year within the call Center I have faced many challenges, but I decided to put a target and achieve the first place in the call Center. As a result, I have become what I want to be, I also had the reward of best employee in the last year 2016 in the call Center, , as well as to achieved the role model competition three times. All that has been achieved because I had a target and I am working hard to achieve it and because of my ambition to be the future leader in the contact center
