I have chosen Zain because it just feels like home. The environment is very friendly and cozy which was my first impression, in addition to having all team members as family.
My voyage began in 2008 when I have experienced the retails challenges. Then moved to the call center for a short period to learn more about customer service and share the retail knowledge with the call center agents. I was a major impact in the FUN program where I was nominated a Fun team leader and have represented Zain Bahrain FUN in Jordan, with assisting in choosing the next generation of FUN members.
My career path has lead me to Sales & CS Support Unit under Business Activation function , where I was recommended and still developing knowledge. My main responsibilities are dedicated to any corporate lines/subsidies activations and requests, maintaining data and legal agreements quality and integrity. Also, sustaining the teams’ quality, lack of errors and business rules. This role encourages me to enhance my communication skills frequently, and pay attention to every detail to avoid any fraud or mistakes occurrence.
