About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to promote diversity and inclusion fosters a work environment. Focusing on initiatives that encourage more diverse culture and target more inclusion among employees such as attracting, retaining, and engaging employees in order to achieve the diversity and inclusion mission of the organization.

Main Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the organization, through the implementation of company-wide programs.

  • Assist in contributing ideas and suggestions to help build and release new diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs, and events to ensure the successful fulfillment of the objectives.

  • Participate in preparing periodic reports that are related to the diversity and inclusion team’s activities and achievements.

  • Providing employees with information regarding the Diversity and inclusion updates and practices through releasing announcements via communication channels.

  • Maintaining updated records through proper documentation of information relevant to the divisions’ activities to serve as a reference in generating requested reports and to be used in DEI related initiatives.

  • Providing support and follow up to the DEI champions

  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
