Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Merchants management Senior specialist Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing merchant partners for Zain’s loyalty program. The employee will drive acquisition efforts and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure a rich and attractive loyalty offering.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential merchant partners.

  • Support contract execution and onboarding processes for new merchants.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned merchants to ensure satisfaction and active participation in the loyalty program.

  • Track merchant performance (e.g., redemption rates, customer feedback) and recommend improvement actions.

  • Coordinate marketing activities and promotions with merchants.

  • Ensure merchant compliance with loyalty program terms and Zain brand guidelines.

  • Ensure Mystery shoppers on regular basis with each merchant.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, sales or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
