Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Campaigns and Business Senior developer Responsible for managing the technical and operational integration between Zain and loyalty merchant partners and supporting the design and execution of merchant-related campaigns within the loyalty platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system and platform integrations with merchants (e.g., API connections, redemption platforms).

• Work with IT and technical teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding for new merchants.

• Manage loyalty campaigns involving merchant offers from brief creation to execution and performance tracking.

• Develop merchant promotional content in collaboration with the loyalty team.

• Monitor and report on campaign results (e.g., redemption rates, engagement levels).

• Identify and propose improvements to the customer journey related to merchant offers.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in campaign management, system integration, or digital marketing.

• Good understanding of APIs, loyalty management platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.

• Comfortable working across marketing, IT, and external partners.
