ZAIN2404 - IP Network Quality of Services Specialist

Basic Information:

Assure Quality and Excellency to all IT Network operations and business support by applying business standards and Quality of Services techniques.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the system quality and policies into compliance with the quality system requirements.
Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models; implementing changes.
Ensures processes produce quality product.
Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
Ensure the running services are not affected by new launched services and products or activities.
Monitor IT network & operating systems performance and make appropriate recommendations.
Develop associated systems and applications for performing TQM.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.

Competence & Qualifications:

B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
Knowledge in communication and presentation skills using English language.
Knowledge and experience in IP network and Network security.
Knowledge in operating systems and infrastructure.
Ability to interpret and apply best practice methods/processes
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Management of external suppliers and software/hardware vendors
Conflict handling and resolution skills
