Basic Purpose:

She will be responsible to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls to service them with quality and resolve billing inquiries, explain products and services, trouble shoot service equipment issues.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer Zain Customers' calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries .
  • Solve customers problems and complaints.
  • Channel customer feedback
  • Responsible to satisfy customer and maintain good image for the company.
  • Support other tasks assigned by customer service team leader or and manger.
  • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within her responsibilities in accordance with the company's Information Security Policies.

Essential Knowledge:

  • Good Communication and selling Skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Hard working and willing to operate for long hours under pressure.
  • Self motivated and quick learner.
  • Love dealing with customers
  • Good command of English
  • Good problem solving skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma Degree.
  • English spoken and written.
  • Good Computer and MS Office applications knowledge.
