Basic Purpose:

To Supervise and Manage sales & customer services to end consumers and to insure the monthly targets achievements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively drive the regional office forward by offering direction and following a clear structure with accountability
  • Support sales channels as a senior management representative in meetings when required
  • Monitor overall financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Create awareness of ZAIN products and services in community; proactively work on marketing and sales plans in alignment with the sales channels
  • Report sales performance, progress and issues
  • Continuously improve on operations and employees' performance in order to meet and exceed targets and objectives
  • Implement and follow policies and procedures for regional office management
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the regional office

Competencies & Qualifications:


  •  University Degree or equivalent training in business or sales .
  •  Able to work under high stress with short-term targets and objectives
  •  IT literacy
  •  Able to operate in a performance driven organization
  •  Knowledge of English & Arabic.
