Job Purpose:

Build, define and manage end to end advertising project plans, Manage the advertising and communication agencies; and develop a detailed project plan in agreement with the areas and the agency to ensure meeting deadlines.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Build, define and manage end-to-end advertising project plans:
  1. Supporting the business requirements defined by the areas.
  2. Defining key milestones and ensuring meeting the required timelines with the required quality
  • Manage the advertising and communication agencies:
  1. Initiate and manage discussions with advertising agencies.
  2. Evaluate the different proposals presented by the agencies and select among them ensuring Zain’s quality standards.
  • Develop a detailed project plan in agreement with the areas and the agency to ensure meeting deadlines thus enabling the tracking of progress:
  1. Manage the development of advertising materials, including media kits, POS material, etc.
  2. Monitor the agency performance ensuring high-quality delivery of the requested jobs

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum requirement of 3-5 years work experience in an advertising agency or in a similar role.

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant major. Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
