Basic Purpose::
Assist in application implementations (collaboration, review and approval). Work closely with and report to project managers on the execution of projects.  Act as technical testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle.  Perform support for applications post-implementation (past go-live).  Perform administration procedures to ensure adequate performance of systems as per their functional requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities::
  • Handle all technical changes to the production applications (projects and change requests).
  • Handover and transfer knowledge of new applications/services to the Operations team.
  • Develop design documents based on agreed upon requirements.
  • Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and applications.
  • Act as a testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle (unit and integration testing).
  • Investigate and efficiently resolve basic trouble tickets and customer complaints.
  • Perform service definition setups (pricing, tariffs) as necessary , Where setups are performed by the functional areas, validate compliance to the established policies and procedures.
  • Perform 2nd Level front-end application support and perform maintenance and administration of in-house developed applications.
  • Inform Zain users of changes to applications.
  • Learn, understand, and ensure adherence to ITD Delivery Framework, IT QA,particularly for documentation and testing standards.
  • To perform all the above mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, and to report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.
Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required in Comp Science, Info Sys,Engineering or any relevant majors to be considered for the position.
