Basic Purpose:

To track, analyze, market trends and make appropriate recommendations that will guide the marketing department in decision making and impact positively on Zain business and executing such recommendations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coming up with ideas for products, services, promotions to be offered to our various segments (Consumer, Corporate, etc) for both voice and data
  • Writing concept papers and business rules for the above mentioned ideas and coordinating the implementation of the projects through to the launch
  • Analyzing market trends and our base data to isolate specific behaviors that can be capitalized on  
  • Post launch analysis of the campaigns/ follow up
  • Coordination with other departments to execute Marketing plans (Sales, Customer Care, Business Simulation, Finance)
  • Market tracking and analysis
  • Presentations of ideas/findings to the team/ management
  • Following marketing KPIs on a weekly basis and coordinating with sales to ensure that targets are met each month
  • Developing and executing a roadmap that is in line with strategic guidelines
  • Gathering and analyzing market and competitive intelligence
  • Budget monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and MIS.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Computer literacy
