Basic Purpose:

Operate training processes according to the Learning Policies and Procedure of the Organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Organization Employees to determine their training needs based on various analytical tools.

- Manage Development Programs needed for certain Division, Department or unit based on business needs and necessities.

- Manage Organization eLearning Center on the SharePoint portal and eLearning licensed programs.

- Launch the Annual Training Calendar, handle all employees registrations, and conduct process through Oracle LMS.

- Asses all training vendors based on the quality of provided training and trainees feedback.

- Analyze the training evaluation forms to produce feedback reports.

- Handling training Monthly and Quarterly Reports to assess the training performance.

Competencies & Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Management or closely related field is highly preferred.

- A minimum of three years related experience

- Excellent (English & Arabic) written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
