Job Purpose:

Developing new value proposition for the SME segment, enhance current products & services. Follow up on reporting, provide analysis, support day to day inter departmental activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the specific assigned team. 
  • Develop the SME segment value propositions as per the roadmap, and business needs.
  • Work closely with products and services department for products implementation, follow-up, lunch, and after launch.
  • Update and maintain division KPI report in bi-monthly bases.
  • Work closely with sales and support with presales activities, provide potential customers data base with essential details.
  • Work closely with customer service and provide the needed support for products and services.
  • Work closely with pricing division for products and services price modules.
  • Provide new ideas / methods / to minimize the time to market.
  • Create and Maintain products presentations.
  • Create business cases for assigned products/services.
  • Create products/services training material.
  • Overlook the enhancement of the customer experience.
  • Create and maintain competition analysis along with the marketing inelegance team.
  • To be aware of evolving technologies and trends in the telecom arena
  • Share knowledge and skills with members and assist other team members with the functions of the team to perform tasks as needed. 
  • Relate all new or revised policies, procedures and /or processes to team members to ensure they have the most up‐to‐date and current information.
  • Identify best practices and make recommendations to the Functional Leader.
  • Coordinate Team schedule with Functional Leader. The Functional Leader is responsible for approving requests.
  • Assess the need for training of members and submit requests to segment manager. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or MIS.
  • Relevant Experience In Years :3 Years and above.
