Main responsibilities:
  • Participate in developing and increasing Corporate Accounts main objectives, selling and managing the accounts.
  • Participate in creating and developing corporate accounts database.
  • Maintain high profile within trade and professional associations, dealing with corporate customer list.
  • Interacts with Corporate customer including, but not limited to, clients, local associations, and other members of the local community.
  • Establish and maintain files on major active accounts within customer list.
  • Provides feedback to Managers and Directors of Sales and Marketing on changing market conditions, including trends in the competitions, as a result of direct customer contact, telephone and direct mail.
  • Arrange site inspection trips to major clients and accompanies clients to different functions.
  • Maintain a high level of exposure in the company in major market areas through direct visits, telephone contacts, and written communications.
  • Confers with other departments for smooth operations of procedures processes.
  • Educate customers regarding product usage and features.
  • Review, Re-address and resolve customer's complaints.
  • Ensure up-to date knowledge of latest products and developments in the company and cellular industry and implementation of them when required.
  • Update management of any statistics and data relating to Customer complaints, requirements, and inquiries.
  • Produce weekly and monthly activity reports and forecasts.
  • Establish and continuously update customer mailing list.
  • Establish a program for sending to VIP customers, on regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
  • Coordinate customer lists.
  • Establish and maintains effective customer relations.
  • Ability to know all competitor products and services to analyze their strength and weakness.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Ability to apply Target Account Selling Concepts after getting the proper training.
  • Ability to Communicate and manage relations with CXO level in corporate client organizations.
  • Awareness of any changes in corporate client organization and how it impacts decision making process.
