Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements.

Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services.
Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee.
Security Strategy Development:
- Develop Security Governance and Strategy in line with Technology Strategy and business needs and build all frameworks required.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Supervise creation, validation and execution of clearly defined and executable information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Awareness Programs Development:
Plan the security reviews against approved policies, adopted standards, and enforced regulation, identify findings and recommend corrective action plan.

Supervise the security gap assessment and security maturity level against approved frameworks, policies, and standard, identify findings and recommend corrective action plan.
